Manor, Switzerland's largest department stores' group, has opted for the DYMATRIX Customer Experience Platform in combination with the programmatic print solution from optilyz. With this combination, Manor is now able to manage its online communication and print mailings along the cross-channel customer journey in an efficient and personalised way.

DYMATRIX, the leading provider of data-driven marketing automation based on AI in the DACH region, and optilyz, Europe's leading programmatic print solution, are supporting Manor in the further development of its omni-channel customer communication. The renowned Swiss department stores' group is increasingly focusing on the expansion of existing customer marketing and even greater customer centricity along the customer lifecycle. With the Customer Experience Platform, the digital and postal contact points of customer interaction are to be more personalised and better coordinated than before. The focus is on e-commerce customers and participants in the two card programmes, Manor Loyalty Card and Manor World Mastercard.

The partnership between the two companies DYMATRIX and optilyz includes the in-depth integration of the print mailing channel into the marketing automation solution DYMATRIX Marketing Automation from DYMATRIX. Instead of SFTP servers and the semi-manual transfer of CSV lists, Manor benefits from a complete integration of the two solutions and will be able to react even more agilely to individual customer needs in the future. Manor is thus consistently moving in the direction of greater harmonisation of marketing channels, reduced effort and costs with the realistic goal of increased response rates in campaign placement. This benefits not only Manor customers, but also the company itself and the environment: optilyz campaigns - and therefore Manor's print mailing channel - are 100% climate-neutral.
