Now we’re bringing them to life.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve worked together to identify AI potential and created the foundation for AI-native development using “AI-assisted coding.” Now it’s time to take the next step: Turning ideas into prototypes. On July 24 and 25, we’re hosting our first DYMATRIX AI CXP Hackathon, right here at our office in Karlsruhe. 1 ½ days, real use cases, real solutions—and a team that shows what’s possible.
Who (from your team) could participate?
The invitation is extended to employees from Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. Prior experience in coding or AI is not required. What matters is a motivation to actively contribute.
How will participants be selected?
Generally, it’s first come, first served. However, we reserve the right to make targeted selections if demand significantly exceeds available spots, to ensure a balanced group of participants in terms of seniority levels and disciplines.
How can you participate?
Answer the Outlook invitation by June 26 with one of the following responses:
- Accept: “I’m in and looking forward to it.”
- Decline: “I will not be participating.”
- Follow: “I’d like to, but the timing doesn’t work for me.” – This feedback helps us with future scheduling.
Spots are limited – we look forward to everyone who wants to truly advance AI with us.

- Food and drinks are provided throughout the event
- A prize awaits the best team on Saturday
- For participants who don’t live in Karlsruhe or the surrounding area, we’ve pre-booked rooms. Please contact Carmen with your booking request. This also applies to booking your travel to and from the Hackathon.
- The time spent starting from the kick-off on Friday is your own time—for eating, chatting, and coding. You decide how long you stay. Of course, you’re welcome to code overnight if you’d like. For full-day participation on Saturday, all participants will receive a flat-rate credit of 8 hours, which can be taken as a compensatory day off in consultation with their manager
What happens after DYMATRIX AI CXP Hackathon?
All projects will be presented in the following DYMATRIX Insights. The winning project from Award Ceremony will be assigned an owner and actively pursued. Your prototype could become a real product.
